One of the things that we realized early on is that we needed to make an investment in those manufacturing rep partnerships. Part of the way we do that is joint sales calls, joint marketing activities, but also educational events. We call them powder coating workshops, and we cater them to the level of customer who’s going to attend. If they’re a beginner and new to coating in general, that’s a Powder Coating 101 effort — usually a one- to two-day event. If they’re more advanced and already have coating processes in house, we’ll enhance the experience by going deeper into the details of the coating process. That includes design, that includes process and usage, but it also includes the partners — the collaborative partners we use to design a finishing system. That would be chemical coating partners, as well as powder and fluid delivery partnerships.
